This is a deeply relaxing practice that will benefit anyone who loves sleep or who may need help falling asleep or staying asleep. The practice includes methods known for their ability to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system and bring about deep relaxation - mudras, pranayama, acupressure massage, restorative yoga poses and yoga nidra (“yogic sleep”). You'll leave feeling rested and will have a number of techniques to put into practice at home anytime you’re seeking a restful night’s sleep.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, you will receive credit to attend a future class. No shows will receive no refund and no credit.
