About Maddie

Maddie is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga and teaching group fitness classes for more than 20 years. Because Maddie experienced a profound transformation through her own personal yoga practice, she decided to pursue formal training.  She completed a 200-hour program with Tula Yoga Center and a 300-hour program through Exalt Yoga and earned the RYT-500 designation with Yoga Alliance.

Her classes are rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, size, or ability. She encourages her students to approach their practice with mindfulness, curiosity, and compassion, guiding them through practices that balance strength and flexibility, effort and ease. She strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where students can deepen their practice, connect with their breath, and find peace amidst the busyness of daily life.

When she's not on her mat, Maddie enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband, Scott. Maddie is a member of the Berks County Search and Rescue Team, a member of the Board of Directors of the Berks Free Medical Clinic, and a volunteer and occasional foster mom for PA Pitstop.
