Service Description

Relax tense muscles and improve your mobility with Self-Myofascial Release (SMR). SMR techniques are designed to stretch and loosen the fascia, a web of connective tissue that envelops your muscles, ligaments, and tendons. This type of therapy helps to eliminate pain and restore range of motion, so you can move with greater ease.
