Service Description
This class focuses on inner awareness, core strength, flexibility and balance and is perfect for reducing stress while enhancing your overall well-being. Practice begins with guided breathing exercises, followed by gentle poses that synchronize with your breath. Wind down with calming poses to release tension and find serenity and finish with a peaceful relaxation. Modifications will be offered to make this class suitable for everyone. This is a free service offered by the Exeter Community Library.
